I’m Stephanie, the photographer behind Suspence.Photo, and I’ve been chasing light and stories for as long as I can remember. My love for photography began in childhood with a handful of disposable cameras and summer road trips across the Southwest, where I captured the old towns, open roads, and the quiet beauty of everyday life.

What started as childhood curiosity eventually became my career. I studied darkroom photography at Yavapai College, then moved to Missoula, MT, to attend the Rocky Mountain School of Photography, where I graduated Valedictorian. Since returning home to Arizona in 2018, I’ve built my life and business here in Prescott, where the people, landscapes, and stories continue to inspire me.

I specialize in portraiture and editorial photography, with a style that’s bold, emotional, and artfully real. I work with individuals, brands, and businesses who want more than just a pretty picture—they want images that say something. My approach is collaborative and intentional, whether I'm documenting a personal milestone, building a visual identity for a brand, or helping tell a larger story.

My style is shaped by the American West, gritty textures, soulful music, and the kind of light that stops you in your tracks. I aim to create work that feels cinematic and grounded—something honest, with edge and warmth.
